Founded in 1994, Fruttagel is a cooperative union made up of farming and agro-industrial cooperatives and services from the region of Emilia Romagna.

It has two product processing and packaging plants, one in Alfonsine in Ravenna, and the other in Larino, in Molise.

The Granarolo Group consists of two diverse entities with sizeable synergies: a milk producers consortium – Granlatte – which operates in the agricultural sector and collects the raw milk, and a limited company - Granarolo S.p.A. – which processes and markets the finished dairy products and has 6 production sites established all over Italy.

Founded in 1987, Italcarni Sca is the leading company in Italy for the butchering and processing of pork meats.

The activity of Italcarni covers the entire processing range: butchering, boning and portioning of fresh meats - offers of the various types of cuts - and the production of meat portions and products.

Established in 1991, the Cooperative Terremerse is the result of the merger of various cooperatives from different fields and sectors. Terremerse take part in the National and International market and it is leader in cereal proteins, fruit and vegetables, provision of agricultural products, farm machinery and equipment, as well as meat.

Cooperativa Agricola Cesenate is the Italian leader in seed multiplication.

CAC was established as a cooperative for the common use of agricultural machines and for the common purchase and distribution of pesticides, fertilizers and other means of agricultural production. Today the production of seeds is carried by more than 2000 associated farmers, on a wide area of the National territory.
