Founded in 1987, Italcarni Sca is the leading company in Italy for the butchering and processing of pork meats.

The activity of Italcarni covers the entire processing range: butchering, boning and portioning of fresh meats - offers of the various types of cuts - and the production of meat portions and products.

Italcarni distributes its products throughout the entire Country and abroad; the main sales channels are Industry and Supermarkets. Italcarni has four factories at Migliarina di Carpi, Poviglio (RE), Castel d'Ario (MN) and Langhirano (PR).

The animals come mainly from Italian breeders belonging to the Society, from farms approved by the consortiums Prosciutto di Parma and S.Daniele.
